Yunnan Raw Pu’er Tea Cake

Preparation
To brew tea, flake off approximately 7-8g from the tea cake and brew in teapot or Gaiwan (120ml) with near-boiling water for roughly 5-10 seconds to achieve the desired strength. Start drinking from the second brew.
